Unlike other preapproved ADU designs, we partnered with builders, Oak and Willow Construction, so we are able to deliver these ADUs as quickly as possible.

Because of the standardization of the build, Oak and Willow have been able to virtually eliminate lead times on items that normally take months to deliver, such as appliances and windows, which means you don’t spend months waiting for deliveries with a half-finished construction site.

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS

Furniture Loft

Add close to 160sf of additional storage space by building this free-standing loft above the bed. Our local millworker uses high-quality white oak veneer plywood over a sturdy wood frame to construct a loft like furniture and cabinetry. You can use it as you see fit, but because of the 10’ exterior wall heights, you can take advantage of the extra space by adding in this optional loft.
