MEGAN BLAINE AIA
Megan began her career in 2002, designing residential projects at all scales from high-end custom residential to the Boulder shelter for the homeless.
From there, she went on to design multidisciplinary projects worldwide, including in London, Bodrum, Istanbul, Abu Dhabi, Mallorca, and Silicon Valley with an emphasis in high-end resort design.
Megan founded BLAINE architects in 2015.
KEITH BLAINE AIA LEED AP
Keith graduated from the University of Southern California where he earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree. His career began in Los Angeles in 2006, where he worked in Healthcare and Education before joining Foster + Partners in London for the Apple Campus 2 Project in 2012.
Because of his work designing small to large scale projects across California, Keith is experienced with the complicated agency review process and demanding user groups.
With 12 years prior experience, Juan joined BLAINE architects in 2019 and very quickly showed advanced skills in modern residential design, creative process, and construction documentation.
His multidisciplinary education in photography, art design, and graphics proved essential in building the BLAINE architects team.
Juan is currently pursuing his license to practice Architecture in California.
A recent graduate from Virginia Tech, Cole brings to the team a strong design aesthetic and hands-on experience in the construction field in both residential and commercial construction.
Cole brought his experience with small scale, high end residential architecture to BLAINE architects in 2019.
Cole’s extensive education abroad gives him a unique perspective on compact space design and modern European architecture.
Yibin graduated from California College of the Arts where she earned her Master of Architecture degree. Her career began in Shanghai as an interior Designer. Her background includes different scales of residential, multifamily, restaurant and office projects. Prior to joining BLAINE architects, Yibin worked as a kitchen planner and compact space designer at IKEA where she helped strengthened brand identity and maximized sales opportunities in the local market through renovations of room settings, office and restaurant facilities.
