MEGAN BLAINE AIA
Principal Architect

Megan began her career in 2002, designing residential projects at all scales from high-end custom homes to the Boulder shelter for the homeless. From there, she went on to design multidisciplinary projects worldwide, including in London, Bodrum, Istanbul, Abu Dhabi, Mallorca, and Silicon Valley with an emphasis in high-end resort design.

Megan joined Foster + Partners in London, focusing on large scale commercial and hospitality, restaurants, followed by several years on the Apple Campus during construction. Megan and Keith founded Blaine Architects after moving back to California in 2015.

KEITH BLAINE AIA
LEED AP BD+C
Director of Architecture

Keith received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Southern California. In Los Angeles Keith worked in the challenging and rewarding fields of Healthcare and Education before joining Foster + Partners in London to work on the Apple Park. This project brought him back to California in Silicon Valley.

Keith served the Silicon Valley community and architectural profession in 2020 as President of the AIA American Institute of Architects, Silicon Valley Chapter.

ARTURO VILLA
Senior Designer

Arturo is an experienced Architect with designing both residential and commercial buildings. His talents and interests include multi-consultant coordination, and assembling clean, efficient drawing sets. Arturo’s many years of experience help guide our team of designers.

MANDA WONG
Project Designer

Manda graduated from USC with a 5 year professional bachelor degree in Architecture. Manda’s eagerness to learn, drafting and modelling efficiency, and strong work ethic fit our needs perfectly. We always love fresh ideas, and outside-the-box-thinkers, and Manda brings both those aspects to our studio.

JUSTIN MOORLAND
Construction Specialist

After receiving his Bachelor of Environmental Design from CU Boulder, Justin went into construction on his own for nearly 15 years. Justin and Megan collaborated closely to execute projects as a team prior to Justin joining BLAINE as a designer.

AMANDA SENGALOUNE
Director of Operations

Amanda is detailed-oriented and all about organization. She’s our team’s go-to person. Amanda handles various internal tasks to help keep our firm operating smoothly and efficiently. She orchestrates our workflow effortlessly, keeping our entire team afloat and adds her calm demeanor to our lively open studio environment.

AAYUSH DAS ANAT
Project Designer

A graduate of Virginia Tech, Aayush is a third-generation architect. His mother and father and grandparents were all architects, and Aayush brings his passion for building design, assembling drawing sets, and working through construction details to the practice.

NAOMI MATULEWICZ
Office Manager

Naomi helps with scheduling, organizes all Lunch and Learn sessions, orders samples, and handles press inquiries. Naomi is also the friendly voice you hear when you call us, and the friendly face who greets you when you visit!
